29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a) 24 Village Drive, Southbridge, MA: On or about October 20, 2021, and at times prior an employee was observed to be exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet while performing roofing work and the employer had not provided a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. VM General Contractor, Inc. was previously cited for the same violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) (13), which is contained in OSHA inspection number 1340620 citation number 1, item number 3b and was affirmed as a final order on 1/29/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 66 NH 25, Meredith, NH.
