29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about 10/18/2021 Auchly Roofing, Inc. was installing roofing materials on a roof of a residential building located on lot 170 on Timber Bluff Drive in Wentzville, MO. They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems. Three employees were observed on a 10/12 sloped roof, approximately nine to seventeen feet above the ground without utilizing fall protection. Auchly Roofing, Inc. was previously citied for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1391146, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/14/2019, with respect to a workplace located on lot 151 Timber Bluff Drive in Wentzville, MO. Auchly Roofing, Inc. was previously citied for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1256473, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/10/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 113 Christina Marie Drive, O Fallon, MO. Auchly Roofing, Inc. was previously citied for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1182021, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/4/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 5417 Gareth Drive in Weldon Spring, MO.
