29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking, and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: A) Douglas Cartoner (Serial # M-110004, Model # WA-IM) located at Plant 8 Multilane - 1090 Springfield Rd., Union, NJ 07083 The employer did not ensure that the energy control procedures addressed all potentially hazardous energy sources for employees performing servicing and/or maintenance operations on the equipment. Servicing and/or maintenance operations included, but were not limited to, cleaning and replacing parts of Nordson's hot melt adhesive system. Exposure occurred on or about 12/08/2021
