29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B):The energy control procedure did not clearly and specifically specific procedural steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: a) Heatset Department - On or about October 7, 2021, the employer exposed employees to burn hazards, in that the employer failed to provide specific procedural steps for shutting down, isolating and securing machines to control hazardous energy such as Steam energy (10 bars) for employees operating Super Ba Heatset tunnel (Model # TVP3 & Serial # 58507-9) when the temperature of inside heatset tunnel can be at 290 degree Fahrenheit.
