29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: a) Fort Knox Army Installation - Bldg. 2840, 1st - Infantry Division Road: On or about 10/06/2021 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to an electrical hazard in that a damaged electrical cord with exposed conductors was used to power routers/cut out tools to cut drywall.
