29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1):Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: a) Jobsite, 508 Harland Ave, Melbourne Beach, FL: On or about October 1, 2021, employees exposed to an electrocution hazard when the employer did not ensure they were trained in and familiar with safety related work practices, safety procedures, and other safety requirements while performing tree-trimming activities and line clearance operations within proximity to energized high voltage power lines and using power equipment, exposing employees to a serious injury or death.
