29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances was not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage were made. Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. Permanent aisles and passageways were not appropriately marked. (a) Shipping yard; On or about October 5, 2021, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from struck-by hazards in that pedestrian walkways were not appropriately marked.
