29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: At a worksite located at 15053 HWY 111, Craig, MO: Employees were exposed to fall hazards in the Tank Farm Area. Employees were provided personal fall protection in the form of a retractable lanyard (3M DBI-SALA� Ultra-Lok Self Retracting Lifeline, Cable 3504451, 50 ft. (15.2m)) to be used in a JLG aerial boom lift, (Model 860SJ/23753). An employee using the personal fall protection was not rigged in a manner to prevent free fall of fewer than 6 feet; employees were exposed to a potential fall of 12 feet to the ground below.
