29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(G): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive training on attachment adaptation, weight of the attachment, and use limitations; a. 4-24 Sellers St. Kearny, NJ Employer did not provide forklift operators with training on the safety capabilities and limitations of the Abco Little Giant Lifter clamp attachment. Forklift operators were not trained to identify the hazards associated with lifting more than one stone slab at a time. Violation occurred on or about 09/25/2021
