29 CFR 1910.178(n)(1): Traffic regulations including authorized plant speed limits were not observed: a) Throughout the warehouse - On or about September 16, 2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that the employer failed to ensure that traffic regulations including plant speed limits were observed when employees were operating Crown pallet jacks for loading/unloading boxes of products.
