29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not free and unobstructed. Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. In the following locations exit routs were blocked from the outside. Employees were exposed to entrapment hazards. 1- Employees Breakroom: The designated exit door was blocked from the outside by parked employee's vehicle. 2- Large Conference room: The designated exit door was blocked from the outside by parked employee's vehicle. The U. S. Postal service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1259415, citation number 1 item number, 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/07/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1400 Pine Street, San Francisco, CA 94107.
