29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) 503-509 Communipaw Ave, Jersey City, NJ The employer did not give specific safety instruction to employees in avoidance of hazards when performing manual labor in and around the excavator backhoe the employer was operating. On August 18, 2021 an employee was struck by the bucket of a Case 580 L and caught between the bucket and an adjacent dumpster. Violation occurred on or about August 18, 2021
