29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: On or about September 14, 2021, and October 7, 2021, employees were exposed to amputation hazards while performing maintenance and servicing operations on press brakes and power presses, and the employer did not provide the employees with authorized employee lockout training.
