29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(i): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 2A, was not provided for each 3,000 square feet of the protected building area, or major fraction thereof and the travel distance from any point of the protected area to the nearest fire extinguisher exceeded 100 feet: a) Lot 35 at the Showfield development in Lewes, DE 19958: On or about September 10, 2021, the employer did not provide a working/usable fire extinguisher at the site where employees were required to use flammable fuels to perform their required daily duties.
