29 CFR 1926.25(a): Employees were exposed to slips, trips and falls from the debris left in work area. All debris shall be kept clear from work areas and passageways in and around buildings and other structures. a) Lot 79 Ocean Meadows Subdivision Lewes, DE 19958 - On or about September 10, 2021; the employer did not ensure that employees conducting framing activities disposed of debris at the worksite creating tripping hazards and a potential for the employees to get injured by falling into wood with exposed nails.
