29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. a) 742 Angelou Ave. Middletown, De: On or about 9/8/21, the Employer failed to initiate and maintain a program of frequent and regular inspections made by a competent person who understands safety and health regulations and hazards well enough to identify hazardous conditions and who has sufficient authority to control or eliminate the hazards. This failure resulted in employee exposure to hazards including but not limited to fall and electrical hazards when employees performed gutter installation work.
