29 CFR 1910.332(b)(2): Additional requirements for unqualified persons. Employees who are covered by paragraph (a) of this section but who are not qualified persons were not trained in and familiar with any electrically related safety practices not specifically addressed by 1910.331 through 1910.335 but which are necessary for their safety. a) Jobsite 319 South Street, Northborough, MA on or about September 8, 2021, an unqualified employee not trained in and familiar with any electrically related safety practices was exposed to electrical shock and burn hazards posed by a energized 13 kV overhead line while performing tree trimming activities in a Nifty SD64 aerial lift. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
