29 CFR 1918.81(h): Loads requiring continuous manual guidance during handling shall be guided by guide ropes (tag lines) that are long enough to control the load. A) Delaware River Stevedores- Balzano Marine Terminal, Camden, NJ: Employees engaged in disembarking cargo materials were exposed to struck-by and caught in/between hazards when handling steel sheet pilings from a public shipping vessel without using tag lines. Incident occurred on March 26, 2021.
