29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A):Each authorized employee shall receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control. a. 2500 Secaucus Road North Bergen, NJ Employees clearing jams from the Butcher Boy Grinder were not trained to recognize the hazardous condition, nor were they trained in the means and methods required to eliminate or control the hazards before clearing the jammed machine.
