Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a-1 Adams Court, Mahwah NJ 07430 : Employees engaged in framing activities activities and positioned at an unprotected framed edge were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16 & 30 ft to the ground below as a means of fall protection had not been utilized.
