29 CFR 1910.269(b)(1)(i): When two or more employees were performing field work on, or associated with, exposed lines or equipment energized at 50 volts or more, the employer did not provide at least two trained persons with first-aid training: (a) On or about 8/31/2021 -7313 Johns Road, Adger, AL 35006, at Utility Pole # 1-027392, the employer did not have available at least two trained persons with first-aid training when a crew of six employees were performing field work on, or associated with, exposed lines or equipment energized at 7,200 volts.
