Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems: On 8/18/2021, 13 Construction & Pro Services LLC were performing roofing work at 718 Warrior Pass, Warrenton, Missouri. Employees were working on a residential roof approximately 14 feet above a lower level. Employees were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. The employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection.
