29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a. On or about 07/26/2021, at line 2 bottle rinse conveyor - machine guards did not completely enclose the sprocket and chain assemblies of the conveyor because the bottom section was not guarded, exposing employee to nip and pinch point hazards.
