29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): Working space required by this standard may not be used for storage. When normally enclosed live parts are exposed for inspection or servicing, the working space, if in a passageway or general open space, shall be suitably guarded. a) On or about August 10, 2021, Hamilton Rural King Supply, Inc., did not ensure that working space in front of their 480-volt electrical cabinet, located in their shipping area was not used for storage in that wood material palettes were stored in front of their cabinet. b) On or about August 10, 2021, Hamilton Rural King Supply, Inc., did not ensure that working space in front of their 600-volt electrical cabinet, located near their restrooms was not used for storage in that their key duplicator machine was stored in front of the cabinet.
