29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 22 Grande Boulevard, Tabernacle NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 18 feet to the ground surface below, when walking and working from a residential structure's pitched roofs while wearing full body harnesses that were not connected to anchor points by a lanyard or other approved means. Condition observed on or about 07/28/21. Extreme Roofing and Siding, LLC. was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1508878, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/29/21, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 21-E, Crescent & Roxberry, Mahwah NJ.
