29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause them to lose balance and fall: On or about July 23, 2021, on top of the roof of 17058 Boca Club Blvd., Apt. 7, Boca Raton, Florida, employees were exposed to 20-foot fall hazards when carrying heavy items up the roof while climbing a 24-foot extension ladder.
