29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: a) Between mile marker 6 and 10, HWY 64, Lone Mountain Trail, Big Sky, MT: On or about July 26, 2021, and at times prior, employees were exposed to overhead struck by hazards while hand digging concrete piers foundations under large rocks, culverts and buckets.
