29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment: a) 7000 Millington Road, Clayton, DE (Main Engine Room) - On or about September 29, 2021, the employer failed to ensure openings were effectively closed on live electrical equipment including but not limited to 240/110 volt auxiliary panels. b) 7000 Millington Road, Clayton, DE (Main Engine Room) - On or about September 29, 2021, the employer failed to ensure openings were effectively closed on live electrical equipment including but not limited to missing knock outs for junction boxes. c) 7000 Millington Road, Clayton, DE (Waffle Bake Conveyor) - On or about September 29, 2021, the employer failed to ensure openings were effectively closed on live electrical equipment including but not limited to missing cover on electrical junction box attached to Waffle Bake Conveyor. d) 7000 Millington Road, Clayton, DE (Grilled chicken conveyor line hallway) - On or about September 29, 2021, the employer failed to ensure openings were effectively closed on live electrical equipment including but not limited to missing cover on electrical junction box located in hallway leading to grilled chicken conveyor line.
