29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a. On or about July 23, 2021, at the battery room area, an operational emergency eye wash station was not available for immediate emergency use since it was obstructed with an out of service Toyota electric tow truck. NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
