29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) At the worksite, 43 Goose Lane, Pennsville, NJ - Backyard: The employer failed to ensure that fall protection was provided, installed and used prior to assigning employee(s) to operate a articulating bucket lift (2006 GMC C7C Bucket Lift) during tree felling operations, on or about 5/24/2021. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
