29 CFR 1926.961(c)(6): The employer did not verify that lines and equipment were deenergized by testing the lines and equipment to be worked with a device designed to detect voltage: On or about July 15, 2021, at a site located on a lakeside resort in Montgomery, TX, employees were exposed to electrical hazards while replacing underground power transmission lines without testing the lines with a device designed to detect voltage before cutting the intact lines.
