29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): a) Brilliant Building & Design worksite located at 98 US Highway 46, Budd Lake, NJ Employees were exposed to fall hazards of 14 ft. to the ground below while performing framing activities on scaffolds that were not fully planked. Violation occurred on or about 07/15/2021.
