29 CFR 1926.753(d)(1): Routes for suspended loads shall be pre-planned to ensure that no employee is required to work directly below a suspended load: a) Chickamauga Dam - Between Monoliths: On or about 8/3/2021 and days prior, the employer exposed workers to struck-by and crushing hazards, in that suspended loads were lifted and moved over workers performing various tasks throughout the site.
