29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a) Miller Family Construction, LLC, located at site location 1005 Somerset Drive, Perrysburg, Ohio, on or about July 2, 2021: The employer did not develop or employ a safety and health program. To abate this hazard the employer shall develop and utilize a program to help the employer and employees identify and avoiding potential hazards such as, but not limited to, falls during residential framing operations.
