29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2):Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide: a. At the jobsite located at 203 Bay Dr. N Bradenton Beach, Florida, East side of the building - On or about June 23, 2021, the supported outrigger scaffold platform, used by employees to install the fascia, was approximately 11.25 inches wide, exposing employees to a 25 foot fall hazard.
