29 CFR 1910.176(b):Material(s) were not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a.) Hessian Company dba Faddis Concrete Products, Flatbed trailer #24-310, on or about June 17th, 2021 and times prior thereto: The storage of metal wire mesh panels on the trailer created a hazard to employees while they were unloading the panels. After releasing the securing ratchet strap, an employee was struck by falling panels. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
