29 CFR 1910.502(d)(2):In settings where direct patient care was provided, the employer did not screen and triage all clients, patients, residents, delivery people and other visitors, and other non-employees entering the setting for symptoms of COVID-19. a) Homes of clients served by Right at Home located at 1989 Rt 88 Brick, NJ: On or about 7/6/2021, during home health aide visits, the employer did not screen clients for COVID-19 prior to each visit. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
