29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A):Authorized employee did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: a. On or about June 14, 2021, on the Pallet Nailing Line, an employee was exposed to machine hazards associated with moving parts, amputation and laceration hazards, during servicing of the Viking Turbo 504, Serial number 9300034. The employer failed to provide employee(s) performing authorized lock out tag out work with adequate training. The employee did not recognize applicable hazardous energy sources and/or the methods and means necessary for energy isolation.
