29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i):A list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet was not compiled: (a) Location - 1 Technology Drive, Peabody, MA: On or about June 9, 2020, the facility's hazardous chemical inventory did not include all hazardous chemicals known to be present within the facility including those used to support the operation and maintenance of an ammonia refrigeration system, powered industrial trucks, and commercial motor vehicles. Stavis Seafoods LLC was previously cited for a violation of OSH Act of 1970 Section 5(a)(1) regarding hazards associated with an ammonia refrigeration system, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1488575, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 24, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Technology Way, Peabody, MA 01960.
