29 CFR 1910.332(b)(2):Employees, who were not qualified persons, were not trained in and familiar with any electrically related safety practices not specifically addressed by 29 CFR 1910.331 through 29 CFR 1910.335, but which were necessary for their safety: At 2840 West Gulf Road, Sanibel, on or about June 2, 2021, an employee was exposed to an electrocution hazard while trimming a strangler fig tree that was within 10 foot proximity of a 14.4-kV overhead power line. The exposed employee was not provided with effective training related to electrical safety practices.
