29 CFR 1910.272(j)(1): The employer shall develop and implement a written housekeeping program that establishes the frequency and method(s) determined best to reduce accumulations of fugitive grain dust on ledges, floors, equipment, and other exposed surfaces. (a) Agfinity Feed, LLC. at 260 Factory Road, Eaton, CO 80615: On and before May 25, 2021, the employer did not ensure that fugitive grain dust accumulations in the Mac Fine Shed did not exceed 1/8 inch in that dust emissions were allowed to accumulate on the floor and exceeded several feet in height. This condition exposed employees to combustible dust hazards.
