29 CFR 1910.28(b)(11)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each flight of stairs having at least 3 treads and at least 4 risers is equipped with stair rail systems and handrails as described in 29 CFR 1910.28 Table D-2-Stairway Handrail Requirements: On or about May 25, 2021, employees were exposed to potential fall hazards of up to 62 inches while utilizing three stairways to access work platforms in Bay 1, Bay 2, and Bay 3, without a stair rail system on each open side of the stairway.
