29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: At a worksite located at 1435 N. Alliance, Springfield, MO: An employee was exposed to electrical hazards. An employee was required to test industrial washers which were connected 460 volts of electricity and did not receive authorized employee training on Lockout tagout training including training on when lockout tagout training was required, recognition of the hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control.
