29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6):Grounding path. The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures shall be permanent and continuous. a) Agners Framing Construction LLC., at a jobsite located at 161 Crimson Drive, Lot 13478, Newark, Ohio 43055: On and/or preceding May 18, 2021, the employer did not ensure employees who used electrically operated tools and equipment were protected from electrical contact hazards. Framers were using an extension cord with the ground prong missing from the end of a cord, which exposed the employees to a 121 volt electrical contact hazard.
