29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. a. Located at 10326 Tipperary, Lot 16, Plain City, Ohio 43064: On or about May 17, 2021, the employer failed to train employees on the hazards found on the worksite or the procedures to control or eliminate the hazards for employees conducting framing work. Angel Andrade was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1505595, citation number 2, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on February 16, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 4172 Holstein Drive, Lot 188, Columbus, OH 43207
