29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Rt 44, Sterrat, WV, third floor of main demolition building; On or about May 6, 2021, employees place items such as copper and electrical components within 3 - 6 feet of an open sided floor. A fall protection system was not utilized and exposed employees to a 30 - 36 foot fall.
