[58 FR 35152; June 30, 1993] a) Brent Spence Bridge, I-75 Northbound, between Covington KY and Cincinnati, OH. On or about April 26, 2021, employer exposed an employee to foot injuries, in that protective foot wear was not worn on the job site.
