29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit". On or about April 27, 2021 and at times prior thereto, on the west side of the shop, the employer did not ensure the exit door was equipped with a serviceable "EXIT" sign exposing employees to entrapment hazards.
