29 CFR 1926.451(c)(3): Supported scaffold poles, legs, post, frames, and/or uprights were not plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement: a- 11 Ternstedt Court, Ewing NJ - Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 11 feet to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from two separate pump jack scaffolds whose legs/poles were not plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement. Condition observed on or about 04/28/21. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
