29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about April 26, 2021, the employer failed to provide quick drenching facilities for employees exposed to eye hazards from corrosive chemicals. The employer utilizes corrosive chemicals, including but not limited to, ALCO Mandala Products: Blast Off, Grime Buster, Lime Delete, Sparcling, Sparkle, Tidal Wave, and Breaker Breaker.
